Abstract

Intensive language teaching offers both benefits and challenges. This method allows learners to acquire a new language quickly, but it also can lead to problems such as cognitive overload, fatigue, and inconsistent progress among students. The rapid pace of learning may sometimes impede long-term retention and diminish motivation. To address these challenges, educators employ various strategies, including  well-organized   lesson plans, interactive teaching methods, and the use of technology in learning. Striking a balance between theoretical concepts and practical application, incorporating engaging activities, and offering ongoing feedback are essential for enhancing the effectiveness of intensive language programs. This paper delves into these challenges and explores practical solutions to improve the success of intensive language instruction.
