The article is devoted to urinary tract infections (UTIs) and antibiotic resistance: clinical presentations and treatment approaches. UTIs are among the most common infections affecting individuals of all ages, causing significant morbidity and impacting quality of life. The work analyzes clinical features of UTIs, current trends in antibiotic resistance, and the effectiveness of modern treatment strategies. Studies show that understanding pathogen profiles and resistance patterns is crucial for selecting effective antibiotics, optimizing treatment outcomes, and preventing recurrent infections.
