Abstract

Axborot texnologiyalarining (IT) xizmat ko'rsatish sohalariga integratsiyalashuvi xizmatlarning taqdim etilishini, samaradorlikni, mijozlar ehtiyojini qondirishni va umumiy operatsion samaradorlikni oshirishni inqilob qildi. Ushbu maqola xizmat ko'rsatish sohalarida joriy qilingan turli IT texnologiyalari, ularning ta'siri va sohani shakllantirishi kutilayotgan kelajakdagi tendentsiyalarni o'rganadi. Maqola joriy amaliyotlar va amaliy tadqiqotlar tahlili orqali xizmat ko'rsatish sohalarida IT-ni joriy qilish bilan bog'liq foyda va muammolarni ta'kidlaydi.
