IMPROVING HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN LARGE ENTERPRISES

This article examines the distinctive features of employee management in large international companies under conditions of globalization, technological change, and growing workforce diversity. The study argues that international human resource management in multinational enterprises differs from domestic personnel management because it must coordinate strategic goals across multiple countries while adapting to different legal systems, labor markets, cultural codes, and communication practices.
