Abstract

This article analyses the major human resource problems faced by global companies, including talent attraction and retention, cross-cultural workforce management, reskilling under digital transformation, productivity pressures, and employee well-being. Drawing on recent international labour and skills reports, the paper proposes practical and innovation-oriented solutions for building resilient and competitive workforce systems in multinational business environments.
