Abstract

Paxta, O‘zbekistonning eng muhim qishloq xo‘jalik madaniyatlaridan biri bo‘lib, uning ishlab chiqarilishi va sifati iqtisodiy barqarorlik va ijtimoiy rivojlanish uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega. Paxtani tashish jarayonida uning tabiiy xususiyatlarini saqlash masalasi dolzarb muammo bo‘lib qolmoqda. Ushbu maqolada paxtani tashish jarayonida tabiiy xususiyatlarni saqlab qolishga mo‘ljallangan texnologiyalarni yaratish jarayoni va uni amalga oshirish uchun zarur bo‘lgan omillar ko‘rib chiqiladi.
