Abstract

Ushbu maqola ta'lim muassasalarida jamoaviy ishlash va boshqaruv psixologiyasining samarali kommunikatsiya bilan bog'liq ahamiyatini o'rganadi. Ta'lim jarayonida jamoaviy ishning muvaffaqiyatli tashkil etilishi va boshqaruv psixologiyasining ahamiyati talaba va o'qituvchilar o'rtasida samarali aloqalar o'rnatishda, shuningdek, o'quv muassasasining maqsadlariga erishishda katta rol o'ynaydi.
