Abstract

Ushbu maqolada polianilinning (PANi) doplanish va protonlanish jarayonlari batafsil o‘rganilgan bo‘lib, bu jarayonlarning PANi ning elektr, optik va mexanik xususiyatlariga ta’siri yoritilgan. Doplanish jarayonida PANi ning turli oksidlanish holatlari va dopantlar bilan o‘zaro ta’siri tahlil qilinib, eng samarali doplash usullari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, protonlanish jarayoni va uning elektr o'tkazuvchanlikka ta’siri muhokama qilinadi. PANi ning innovatsion qo‘llanilish imkoniyatlari, jumladan, superkondensatorlar, akkumulyatorlar, bio-sensorlar va OLED texnologiyalaridagi afzalliklari haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari PANi ni yangi materiallar va texnologiyalarda samarali qo‘llash istiqbollarini ochib beradi.
