Ushbu maqolada qovun quritish texnologiyasining samaradorligi o‘rganilgan bo‘lib, turli quritish usullarining mahsulot sifatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida tabiiy quyoshda quritish, issiqlik kameralari yordamida quritish kabi usullar sinovdan o‘tkazildi. Har bir usulning mahsulotning oziqaviy qiymati, ta’mi va saqlash muddati bilan bog‘liq jihatlari tahlil qilindi.
