Abstract

Beton ishlab chiqarish sanoatida avtomatlashtirish texnologiyalarining joriy etilishi ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish, mahsulot sifatini yaxshilash va inson omiliga bog‘liq xatoliklarni kamaytirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu maqola beton ishlab chiqarish jarayonining asosiy bosqichlarini xom ashyo tayyorlash, dozalanish, aralashtirish, tashish va quyish avtomatlashtirish orqali optimallashtirishni o‘rganadi. Dasturiy ta'minot va zamonaviy nazorat tizimlari yordamida ishlab chiqarish jarayonlari doimiy monitoring qilinib, real vaqt rejimida ma’lumotlar tahlil etiladi va kerakli sozlashlar amalga oshiriladi. Natijada betonning mustahkamligi, bir xilligi va ekologik talablarga muvofiqligi ta'minlanadi. Ishda avtomatlashtirishning texnik va iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilinib, ishlab chiqarishdagi ilg‘or amaliyotlar va innovatsion yechimlar misol sifatida keltiriladi.
