THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION

This article presents a literature analysis of the organization of Independent Education in higher education. Currently, the goals, objectives, trends in improving the quality and efficiency of independent education are discussed in the developing distance education.
