Abstract

Ushbu maqolada turistik xizmatlarda til bilish darajasining mijozlar ishonchi va qoniqishiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Zamonaviy sayyohlik sohasida ko‘p tillilik xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Mijozlarning ishonchini oshirish va turizm xizmatlaridan mamnun bo‘lishi uchun til bilish darajasi, uning kommunikatsion ahamiyati va amaliy qo‘llanilishi tahlil qilinadi.
