Abstract

Ushbu maqolada menopauza davrida ayollarda kuzatiladigan kognitiv buzilishlar va ularning asosiy sabablari tahlil qilinadi. Menopauza vaqtida estrogen gormonining darajasining pasayishi markaziy asab tizimiga ta’sir ko‘rsatib, diqqat, xotira va fikrlash jarayonlarida o‘zgarishlarga olib keladi. Shuningdek, vazomotor simptomlar, uyqu buzilishlari va ruhiy holatdagi o‘zgarishlar ham kognitiv funksiyalarga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada «tanqidiy oyna» nazariyasi va gormonal terapiyaning kognitiv salomatlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlashdagi roli ko‘rib chiqiladi.
