Rus tilini ikki tilli muhitda o‘rgatish zamonaviy tilshunoslik va pedagogikada, ayniqsa rus tili ikkinchi til yoki millatlararo muloqot tili sifatida qo‘llaniladigan mamlakatlarda muhim va dolzarb hisoblanadi. ikki tillilik kognitiv rivojlanish, xotira, e'tibor va tahliliy ko'nikmalarni yaxshilash uchun yangi imkoniyatlar ochadi, chunki ikki tilni bilish fikrlashning moslashuvchanligini oshiradi.
