Abstract

Destruktiv o‘pka silining og‘ir shakllarida pnevmonektomiya — ya’ni butun o‘pka bo‘lagini jarrohlik yo‘li bilan olib tashlash — kasallikni to‘xtatishning yakuniy usuli sifatida ko‘riladi. Ushbu maqolada pnevmonektomiyaning ko‘rsatkichlari, amalga oshirish bosqichlari, operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlar, tiklanish davri va bemorlarning uzoq muddatli prognozlari muhokama qilinadi. Klinik amaliyotga asoslangan misollar orqali pnevmonektomiya usulining zarurati va samadorligi yoritiladi.
