Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tog‘ay to‘qimasi kasalliklarining etiologiyasi, patogenezi va klinik xususiyatlari yoritilgan. Ayniqsa, osteoxondrozning kelib chiqish omillari, rivojlanish mexanizmlari va klinik belgilari tahlil qilingan. Kasallikning tashxislash usullari, zamonaviy davolash yondashuvlari hamda profilaktika choralariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Maqolada sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, jismoniy faollikni me’yorlashtirish va reabilitatsiya tadbirlarining samaradorligi ilmiy asosda ko‘rsatib berilgan.
