Miya o‘smalarini jarrohlik yo‘li bilan olib tashlash neyroxirurgiyaning eng murakkab va mas’uliyatli sohalaridan biri hisoblanadi. Operatsiya davomida o‘smalarni maksimal darajada olib tashlash bilan birga sog‘lom miya to‘qimalarini saqlab qolish, hayotiy muhim funksiyalarni buzmaslik muhim ahamiyatga ega. Neyronavigatsiya texnologiyasi zamonaviy neyroxirurgiyaning ajralmas qismi bo‘lib, jarrohlarga miya ichidagi patologik jarayonlarni yuqori aniqlikda aniqlash, o‘smalarning joylashuvi va hajmini belgilash, operatsiya rejasini tuzish va amaliyot vaqtida aniq yo‘naltirish imkonini beradi. Ushbu maqolada neyronavigatsiya tizimlarining asosiy imkoniyatlari, ularning klinik samaradorligi va neyroxirurgik amaliyotlarda tutgan o‘rni yoritib beriladi..
