TISH KARIESI PATOGENEZIDA STREPTOCOCCUS MUTANSNING ROLI

Tish kariesi butun dunyoda keng tarqalgan muhim sog‘liq muammosidir. Ushbu kasallik og‘iz bo‘shlig‘idagi mikroorganizmlar va odam organizmi o‘rtasidagi noto‘g‘ri o‘zaro ta’sirlar natijasida yuzaga keladi. Bu o‘zaro ta’sirlar tish sirtida kariyes keltirib chiqaruvchi biomahsulotlar hosil bo‘lishini rag‘batlantiradi. Ushbu moddalarning yuqori va uzoq muddatli kislota hosil qilish qobiliyati tish to‘qimalarining demineralizatsiyasiga olib keladi. Bu jarayonlar tashqi muhit omillari, ayniqsa parhez (ratsion) tarkibidagi uglevodlar miqdori bilan chambarchas bog‘liq. Jarayonda Streptococcus mutans — eng mashhur MS turi — ning genetik va fenotipik xilma-xilligi haqidagi hozirgi ilmiy ma’lumotlar asosida uning funksiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, mezbonning immun javoblarining S.mutans kolonizatsiyasi va patogeneziga ta’siri ham muhokama qilinadi. Ushbu ma’lumotlar S. mutans ga qarshi terapiyalarni sinovdan o‘tkazish bo‘yicha qo‘shimcha tadqiqotlarni rag‘batlantiradi.
