LEGAL BASIS AND SPIRITUAL STATUS OF FAMILY RELATIONS IN THE NEW UZBEKISTAN

In this article, the fact that the family has been considered a sacred fortress since time immemorial, the issue of the family in our country is being paid attention to at the political level. Therefore, the legal foundations of family relations have been strengthened. It has been stated that over the years, building a family and building spirituality in the life of Muslims has continued with strict adherence to Sharia rules, and special attention has been paid to this issue, and that family well-being is the basis of national well-being.
