Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Hitachi ZX330-5G rusumli gidravlik ekskavatorning transport (harakatlanish) holatida kuch va momentlarning muvozanati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda statik og‘irlik markazi joylashuvi, tormozlanish vaqtida hosil bo‘ladigan inertsiya kuchlari, nishablik burchagi va ishchi jihozlarning (boom–arm–bucket) og‘irlik ta’siri hisobga olingan. Hisoblash modeli asosida tayanchlar reaksiya kuchlari, ag‘darilish xavfi va barqarorlik zaxirasi aniqlangan. Natijalar ekskavatorning transport rejimida xavfsiz harakatlanish sharoitlarini belgilash, ishchi jihozlarni optimal holatda yig‘ish va tezlikni me’yorlash bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish imkonini beradi.
