So‘nggi yillarda qandli diabet bilan og‘rigan bemorlar uchun parhez va ovqatlanish tizimiga yangicha yondashuvlar ishlab chiqilmoqda. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti tavsiyalariga muvofiq, diabet bilan og‘rigan insonlarning hayot sifatini yaxshilashda individual yondashuv, glikemik indeksni nazorat qilish, uglevodlar, yog‘lar va oqsillar balansini saqlash muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Zamonaviy yondashuvlar orasida o‘simlik asosidagi parhezlar, past uglevodli dietalar, oraliq ro‘za (intermittent fasting) hamda funksional oziq-ovqat mahsulotlaridan foydalanish tendensiyasi kengaymoqda. Ushbu maqolada qandli diabet bilan og‘rigan bemorlarning ovqatlanish tizimini optimallashtirishga qaratilgan yangi ilmiy qarashlar va ularning klinik samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi.
