Raqamli texnologiyalarning rivojlanishi ijtimoiy xizmatlar ko'rsatish tizimida tubdan o'zgarishlar yuzaga keltirayotgan sharoitda, onlayn maslahat xizmatlari an'anaviy ijtimoiy ishning muqobil va samarali shakli sifatida namoyon bo'lmoqda.
