Sabzi (Daucus carota L.) - vitaminlar, minerallar va antioksidantlar bilan boy bo'lib, immun tizimini mustahkamlashga yordam beradi. Sabzi ekinining biologik sifat ko'rsatkichlariga urug'ining unuvchanligi, o'sish davri, namlik va issiqlikka talabchanligi kirsa, xo'jalik sifat ko'rsatkichlariga hosildorligi (60-70 st/ga), tarkibidagi qand va vitaminlar, navining ertapisharligi yoki o'rtapisharligi, saqlash va tashishga chidamliligi, hamda iste'mol va texnik xususiyatlari (yangi, konservalar uchun) kiradi. Maqolaning maqsadi —Navoiy viloyati tuproq-iqlim sharoitiga moslashgan sabzi navlarining biologik va xo'jalik sifat ko'rsatkichlarini tahlil qilishdan iborat.
