Abstract

Ushbu maqola kurashchilarning maxsus chidamliligini rivojlantirishning ilmiy va amaliy asoslariga bag‘ishlangan. Maxsus chidamlilik yuqori intensivlikdagi kurash harakatlarini (tashlash, ushlash, qarshilik ko‘rsatish) 5-6 daqiqa davomida saqlash qobiliyati sifatida ta’riflanadi va aerob-anaerob energiya tizimlari, interval HIIT mashqlari, kuch-chidamlilik treninglari, Tabata protokoli va tiklanish strategiyalari orqali rivojlantiriladi. Xalqaro tadqiqotlar va O‘zbekiston olimlarining ishlari asosida individual dasturlar taklif etiladi. Tajriba natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, 8–12 haftalik dasturlar chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlarini 20–35% oshirishi, jarohatlar sonini kamaytirishi va musobaqa samaradorligini yaxshilashi mumkin.
