Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bolalar rivojlanishiga vizual mediakontentning  psixologik hamda psixofiziologik ta’siri kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot zamonaviy ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida olib borilib, ekran vositasida taqdim etiladigan kontentning bolalar xulq-atvori, nutq rivoji, kognitiv jarayonlari, uyqu mexanizmlari hamda markaziy nerv tizimi faoliyatiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Olingan natijalar ta’limiy yo‘naltirilgan vizual materiallar bolalarning bilish faoliyati va o‘rganish motivatsiyasini qo‘llab-quvvatlashi mumkinligini, biroq me’yoridan ortiq ekran ta’siri psixofiziologik muvozanatning buzilishiga olib kelishini ko‘rsatadi. Vizual axborotning sifatli va maqsadli qo’llanilishi bolaning emotsional barqarorligi, ijtimoiy moslashuvi hamda nerv tizimi funksional holatini optimallashtirishga xizmat qilishi aniqlangan. Maqolada O‘zbekiston sharoitida ota-onalar va pedagoglar uchun bolalar media muhitini sog‘lom shakllantirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
