Abstract

Mazkur maqolada inklyuziv ta’lim sharoitida talabalarning professional motivatsiyasini shakllantirish mexanizmlari xorijiy amaliyot tahlili asosida o‘rganiladi. Inklyuziv ta’lim modeli zamonaviy pedagogik paradigmaning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv, teng imkoniyatlar prinsipi va differensial ta’lim strategiyalariga asoslanadi. Tadqiqotda professional motivatsiya tushunchasining nazariy-metodologik asoslari, uning tarkibiy komponentlari (kognitiv, affektiv va konativ omillar) hamda shakllanishiga ta’sir etuvchi ijtimoiy-psixologik determinantlar tahlil qilinadi.
