This article examines the mechanisms, causes, and clinical significance of chronic pain. The main objective of the study is to analyze the impact of chronic pain on physical and psychological health, as well as its management and treatment strategies. The research is based on comparative-descriptive, statistical, and functional analysis methods. The findings indicate that chronic pain significantly affects quality of life, leading to physical disability, emotional distress, and social limitations. Effective pain management requires a multidisciplinary approach, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. The study has important theoretical and practical significance in clinical medicine and pain management
