PROBLEMS OF FORMING A RULE-OF-LAW STATE IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The article examines the main problems of forming a rule-of-law state in modern conditions. Issues related to the implementation of the principle of the rule of law, the effectiveness of legislation, the independence of the judiciary, and the level of legal culture of society are analyzed. Special attention is given to reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The conclusion is made about the need for a comprehensive approach to strengthening the rule-of-law state.
