Ushbu ilmiy maqolada oqsillarning inson organizmidagi o‘rni, ularning biologik tuzilishi hamda hayotiy jarayonlarni ta’minlashdagi muhim funksiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Oqsillar tirik organizmlarda asosiy strukturaviy va funksional biomolekulalar hisoblanib, ular hujayra tuzilishini shakllantirish, fermentativ reaksiyalarni boshqarish, modda almashinuvini tartibga solish hamda immun himoya mexanizmlarida faol ishtirok etadi. Maqolada oqsillarning biosintezi, metabolizmi hamda ularning organizm rivojlanishi va homeostazini saqlashdagi ahamiyati ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, oqsil yetishmovchiligining fiziologik jarayonlarga salbiy ta’siri va uning sog‘liq uchun oqibatlari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari oqsillarning inson salomatligini saqlash va organizmning normal faoliyatini ta’minlashdagi muhim o‘rni mavjudligini ko‘rsatadi
