This article examines the structure, functions, and clinical significance of the corpuscular elements of blood, including erythrocytes, leukocytes, and platelets. The aim of the study is to analyze their role in maintaining homeostasis, immunity, and hemostasis. The research is based on comparative-descriptive, statistical, and functional analysis methods. The findings show that these elements are essential for oxygen transport, immune defense, and blood clotting. Any imbalance in their quantity or function may lead to serious diseases. The study highlights the importance of understanding blood components in clinical diagnostics and treatment
