MIS SHLAKLARINI KO‘MIR YORDAMIDA TIKLASH TERMODINAMIKASI

Ushbu maqolada mis shlaklari tarkibidagi temir birikmalarini ko‘mir yordamida tiklash jarayonlarining termodinamik tahlillari keltirilgan. Shlak tarkibida temirning magnetit (Fe3O4) va fayalit (Fe2SiO4) kabi birikmalari mavjud bo‘lib ulardan temirni ajratib olish birmuncha qiyin va murakkabdir. Ularni tiklash uchun qulay shart sharoit sifatida 1300 oC haroratda 30 daqiqa mobaynida shlak massasiga nisbatan 30 % miqdorda ko‘mir va 20 % miqdorda CaO qo‘shib qayta ishlash tanlab olingan. Ushbu sharoitda temirning 98,13 % qismini ajratib olingan. Tiklash bo‘yicha o‘tkazilgan kinetik tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, mis shlakining tiklanish fazalararo reaksiyasi va 1050°C haroratda uglerodning gazlanishi orqali boshqariladi.
