Ushbu maqolada kompyuter lingvistikasining tayanch obyekti bo‘lgan lingvistik korpuslarning tuzilishi, ularning elektron kutubxonalardan farqli xususiyatlari hamda tabiiy tilni qayta ishlash (NLP) tizimlaridagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Muallif tomonidan matnlar tonalligini aniqlash va neyron tarmoqlarini o‘qitishda korpuslarning amaliy ahamiyati, shuningdek, maxsus ma’lumotlar bazalarini shakllantirish bo‘yicha shaxsiy yondashuvlar va tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan.
