Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ta'lim sifati va kadrlar raqobatbardoshligi o'rtasidagi bog'liqlik nazariy va empirik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Inson kapitali nazariyasi (Becker, 1964; Lucas, 1988), kognitiv ko'nikmalar va iqtisodiy o'sish munosabati (Hanushek & Woessmann, 2007, 2015), hamda O'zbekiston oliy ta'lim tizimidagi islohotlar (2017–2023) asosida ta'lim sifatining kadrlar raqobatbardoshligiga ta'siri ko'rib chiqiladi. Tahlil shuni ko'rsatadiki, ta'lim sifatining oshishi — xususan kognitiv va amaliy ko'nikmalar rivojlanishi — ish haqi darajasini, mehnat unumdorligini va milliy raqobatbardoshlikni sezilarli darajada yaxshilaydi. O'zbekistonda yaqin yillarda amalga oshirilgan islohotlar ushbu bog'liqlikni mustahkamlash uchun muhim institutsional asos yaratgani ta'kidlanadi.
