Ushbu maqolada mahkuma ayollarni qayta ijtimoiylashtirish jarayonida oliy ta’limning o‘rni va samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda oliy ta’limning ularning shaxsiy rivojlanishi, huquqiy ongining shakllanishi hamda jamiyatga moslashuviga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Xorijiy va milliy tajribalar qiyosiy tahlil asosida ko‘rib chiqilib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida mahkuma ayollarni resotsializatsiya qilishda oliy ta’limni integratsiyalashning asosiy yo‘nalishlari aniqlangan. Tadqiqotning ilmiy yangiligi oliy ta’limni mahkumlarni jamiyatga qayta integratsiya qilish va ularni ijtimoiy hayotga tayyorlashning kompleks mexanizmi sifatida asoslab berilishida namoyon bo‘ladi.
