Ushbu maqolada depressiya va stressning yoshlar salomatligiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy hayot tarzi, o‘qish muammolari, ijtimoiy bosim va axborot oqimining ortishi natijasida yoshlar orasida ruhiy zo‘riqish holatlari tobora ko‘payib bormoqda. Tadqiqotda ushbu omillarning psixologik va jismoniy salomatlikka salbiy ta’siri, xususan, kayfiyat buzilishlari, uyqu muammolari, immun tizimining zaiflashuvi hamda ijtimoiy faollikning pasayishi kabi oqibatlari yoritilgan.
Shuningdek, maqolada profilaktika choralariga alohida e’tibor qaratilib, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish, psixologik yordamdan foydalanish, jismoniy faollikni oshirish va stressni boshqarish usullarining ahamiyati asoslab berilgan.
