Surunkali stress zamonaviy jamiyatda keng tarqalgan psixofiziologik muammo bo`lib, u organizmning neyroendokrin boshqaruv tizimiga kompleks ta`sir etadi. Ushbu maqolada stressning patogenez mexanizmlari, gipotalamo-gipofiz-buyrak usti (HPA) o`qi orqali gormonal javob shakllanishi, simpatik-adrenal tizim faollashuvi hamda yurak-qon tomir, metabolik va immun tizimlaridagi o`zgarishlar chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Surunkali stressning molekulyar asoslari va uning klinik oqibatlari ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan
