Digitalization, which captures all spheres of human life, invariably affects and changes the education system, contributing to the formation of human potential necessary in conditions of a shortage of required digital skills. Given the long experience of quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic, it became clear that the human right to education should not only be guaranteed in accordance with legislation, but also provided from a technical point of view.
