Abstract

Ushbu maqolada uran metali va uning birikmalarining tirik organizmlarga biologik ta’siri keng yoritilgan. Uran tabiiy radioaktiv element bo‘lib, uning atrof-muhitda tarqalishi, inson organizmiga kirish yo‘llari, hujayra va to‘qimalarga ta’siri, toksikologik xususiyatlari, radiologik va kimyoviy xavflari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, uranning o‘simliklar, hayvonlar va mikroorganizmlarga ta’siri, ekologik oqibatlari hamda uran bilan bog‘liq kasbiy va ekologik xavfsizlik masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqolada uran birikmalarining buyraklar, jigar, qon tizimi, reproduktiv tizim va genetik apparatga ko‘rsatadigan salbiy ta’sirlari ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida umumlashtirilgan.
