NILUFARGUL(NYMPHAEA) O‘SIMLIGINI LABORATORIYA SHAROITIDA O‘STIRISH

Ushbu maqolada Nymphaea (nilufargul) o‘simligini laboratoriya sharoitida o‘stirish usullari bo‘yicha mavjud ilmiy tadqiqotlar tahlil qilindi. Asosan, in vitro ko‘paytirish, ozuqa muhitlari, yorug‘lik va harorat omillarining ta’siri ko‘rib chiqildi. Tadqiqotlar natijasi shuni ko‘rsatadiki, laboratoriya sharoitida nilufargulni samarali ko‘paytirish mumkin va bu usul dekorativ hamda ekologik ahamiyatga ega. Olimlar va tadqiqodchilar tadqiqotlari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, to‘qima kulturasi usullari orqali yuqori samaradorlikka erishish mumkin. Ozuqa muhitlari, fitogormonlar va fizik omillar o‘simlik rivojlanishida muhim rol o‘ynaydi
