Abstract

Maqolada bolalarda yuqori gipermetropiyaning epidemiologiyasi, etiopatogenezi, zamonaviy diagnostika usullari va ko'rish funksiyasini saqlashga qaratilgan davolash strategiyalari tahlil qilindi. Gipermetropiyaning ambliopiya va akkomodatsion ezotropiya rivojlanishidagi o'rni, optik korreksiya, sikloplegik refraktometriya, optik koherent tomografiya (OCT), biometrik tekshiruvlar hamda sun'iy intellekt asosidagi prognozlash tizimlarining klinik ahamiyati yoritildi. Shuningdek, xalqaro oftalmologik tavsiyalar asosida bolalarda skriningning ahamiyati va erta tashxisning uzoq muddatli natijalarga ta'siri muhokama qilindi.
