Abstract

Bronxial astma klinik kechishi, yallig‘lanish mexanizmlari va davolashga javobi bo‘yicha geterogen kasallikdir. Zamonaviy yondashuvda klinik fenotip bilan bir qatorda biologik endotiplarni aniqlash muhim. T2-yallig‘lanish bilan bog‘liq astmada eozinofillar, FeNO, umumiy IgE va allergenga xos IgE muhim biomarkerlar hisoblanadi. Molekulyar allergologiya esa allergenning individual komponentlariga nisbatan IgE-sensibilizatsiyani aniqlash va haqiqiy sensibilizatsiyani kross-reaktivlikdan farqlash imkonini beradi.
