Abstract

This article explores the various challenges faced by learners of English, particularly in the areas of pronunciation and writing. Additionally, the article highlights how English spelling conventions can create confusion due to their inconsistent nature. This piece emphasizes the importance of understanding these challenges to develop effective strategies for teaching and learning. By addressing common pronunciation errors and writing difficulties, educators and students can work together to enhance language proficiency and avoid miscommunication.
