Ushbu tadqiqot raqamli iqtisodiyotda inson kapitalining asosiy xususiyatlarini, xodimlar bilan o'zaro munosabatlarning joriy usullarini va zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanishni o'z ichiga olgan inson resurslarini boshqarish usullarini o'rganadi. Ushbu maqolada insonni boshqarish kontseptsiyalarining evolyutsion jadvali, xodimlarning samaradorligini oshirishi mumkin bo'lgan yangi dasturiy ta'minotdan foydalangan holda xodimlarni zamonaviy usullarda tanlash orqali jamoalarni shakllantirishning turli usullari keltirilgan. Professional jamoaning umumiy kontseptsiyasida keksa avlodning roli ko'rib chiqiladi. Ushbu maqolada xodimlarning motivatsiyasining pastligi va uni yaxshilash yo'llari masalasi ko'rib chiqiladi.
