Abstract

Ushbu maqola oliy taʼlim tizimida pedagog xodimlarning innovatsion texnologiyalarni qoʻllashining ahamiyatini va kasbiy kompetensiya tuzilishini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada o‘qituvchilarning innovatsion texnologiyalarni taʼlim jarayoniga kiritish orqali o‘quvchilarni yanada samarali va interaktiv tarzda o‘qitish imkoniyatlari, shuningdek, pedagoglarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishdagi roli yoritilgan. Innovatsion texnologiyalarni qo‘llash orqali o‘qituvchilarning pedagogik va texnologik kompetensiyalarini oshirish, ularning zamonaviy taʼlim metodlariga moslashishi, shaxsiy va ijtimoiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari muhokama qilinadi. Maqola o‘qituvchilarni zamonaviy talablarga javob beradigan tarzda tayyorlash uchun zarur bo‘lgan ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalarni taqdim etadi.
