ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE TRAFFIC SAFETY SERVICE OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES ON THE PREVENTION OF OFFENSES

This article is devoted to the issues of organizing the activities of the traffic safety service of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of crime prevention. The article analyzes the regulatory framework and identifies existing shortcomings in the organization of activities - the lack of a system of preventive measures, insufficient use of digital technologies, and the ineffectiveness of regional cooperation mechanisms. Practical proposals have been put forward for the implementation of modern monitoring systems, strengthening preventive awareness campaigns, and coordinating activities at the mahalla level. The Vision Zero concept and the experience of intelligent transport systems used in the organization of road safety prevention in foreign countries were studied, and the possibilities of adaptation to the conditions of Uzbekistan were considered. The results of the study can serve to increase the effectiveness of traffic violation prevention.
